Satisfaction Guaranteed
Your satisfaction is important to us. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Fred Parr Cycle Design, simply return the item(s) within 30 days from the date of your invoice,  referencing your Invoice # (Confirmation #) . We will promptly replace it, apply credit to a new order or give you a refund for the purchased price —(less shipping)— whichever you prefer.
Keep in mind that our goal at Cycle Design is to promote cycling and cycle building and your satisfaction is our most important consideration.  We feel 30 days is long enough to discover if the product works for you but we will always remain flexible and attempt to resolve difficulties.

A separate invoice will be available within 30 days of shipping your merchandise.  This way you will have a clear copy in case the packing order copy is lost or mutilated.

If you are a new buyer from Cycle Design, you may pay with PayPal or C.O.D.

Our Framebuilding students should email Cycle Design Group at info@cycledesignusa.com  or phone (203)654-6230 to have an account opened using your active credit card info as a reserve. (All records are kept secure and never shared or sold) 
Whenever possible an open account or honor basis will be used. We want you to be a regular customer and we certainly want you to make beautiful bicycles. Let's get you on the honor system as soon as possible.

Back Orders & Special Orders
Our policies on backorders is that 1)we will  notify you prior to shipping any backorders to make it less confusing and 2) If a backorder is a result  of a special order, we can not cancel the deposit. So please make sure that you order what you wanted. We cannot offer refunds on Special Orders as a rule, however should item become unavailable a full refund will be considered. Items that are not eligible for refund are Brazage items and Smith Torch including "Low Flow Re-fitted" handles/ mixers/ regulators/ and tips, including "Re-fitted" Fuel Tips.

Product Liability Disclaimer
Other than products manufactured for Cycle Design, the original manufacture's liability applies.
No liability will be assumed by Cycle Design for misuse of products and all regulated products are supplied with the most current hazardous material information sheets provided by the original  manufacturer and federal and state government hazmat agencies.
(Every effort has been made to find the safest and environmentally friendly products.)

Damaged or Missing Merchandise
If you find damaged or missing merchandise in your order, contact info@cycledesignusa.com or telephone us at (203)654-6230 and we will attempt to obtain a replacement for the missing or damaged merchandise. If the item is not available we will arrange for you to return the order and get a full refund less shipping costs.
